On June 6, the China Real Estate TOP 10 Research Team formally released its 2009 Research Report on TOP 10 Real Estate Companies in China. Among the 2009 TOP 10 real estate companies of China Mainland listed in Hongkong Exchange, Sino-Ocean Land ranked the seventh in terms of comprehensive strength, the fifth in terms of wealth generating ability and the seventh in terms of investment value.

According to the report, in 2008, against the slowdown of the economic growth and the drastic adjustment of China¡¯s real estate market, China Mainland real estate companies collectively kept growing. Some good companies even maintained a good momentum of development, showing a strong wealth generating ability, high investment value and enhanced comprehensive strength.

The TOP 10 Research Team is composed of the Enterprises under the Development Research Center of the State Council, the Institute of Real Estate Studies of Tsinghua University and the China Index Research Institute. Since its launch in 2003, for seven years running, the TOP 10 ranking has aroused wide public concern, especially from the institutional investors. It has been an authoritative criterion for investors to evaluate comprehensive strength of listed companies and explore the investment value of the securities market.
