In July, Beijing was blooming with colorful flowers. The fifth tug-of-war for tenants in the Ocean Plaza was successfully held. The competition was themed "Welcome the Sacred Torch and the Olympic Games", and it was organized by the Property Management Center of the plaza.
Teams from 16 organizations in the plaza took part in the competition. The players were all in high spirit and strove to be the best. Waves of loud cheers and applauses rippled across the sport ground. The competition was intense and friendly. After two days of fierce competition, the representative team of Dabao Property Insurance won the gold, the Abalone King Restaurant won the silver, while Shenzhen Development Bank and Guokai Enterprise Bureau won the third and fourth place.
After the competition, tenants of the Ocean Plaza expressed: the tug-of-war not only brought them closer to nature and encouraged them to exercise; it also strengthened ties between tenants. Quite a few tenants have become friends, and some have become business partners through the activities organized by the Property Management Center. Tenants sincerely hope such activities will be hosted in the future, which will promote harmony in the Ocean Plaza. The encouragement of tenants is a driving force for the development of the plaza.
