Among the 2008 TOP 10 real estate companies of China¡¯s Mainland listed in Hong Kong Exchange, Sino-Ocean Land ranked the eighth in terms of comprehensive strength, the fifth in terms of investment value and the ninth in terms of wealth generating ability.
