network and 155MbpsATM equipment. The backbone fiber optic cable
in the plaza broke the bandwidth bottleneck. |

Provides efficient surveillance and management of the air-conditioning
system, fresh air system, cooling water system, water supply
and drainage system, lighting system, power system and elevator
system, etc. |

Water Supply and drainage
System: Double-route water supply and 24 hours hot and cold
water supply. 24 hours cooling water system meets the need for
specialized machine room cooling. |

Security System: The
plaza equipped with security monitoring system with more than
150 cameras arranged at major entrances and exits, elevator
halls, parking area and lobby, etc., which automatically records
the report all the time. |

Fire Control System:
The Japanese NOMEI intelligent fire automatic alarm system provides
automatic fault testing, alarm and spray. The most advanced
intelligent automatic fire detection, alarm system and smoke
alarm system adopt the photoelectric sensors. Allocating the
temperature and hazardous gas detectors in different function
sections, the system works 24 hours a day. Once the unwanted
fire occurs, the fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system and
smoke evacuation system will work automatically. At the same
time, some other relevant systems in the plaza will also begin
to fight the fire together. |
