Air-Conditioning System:
The central air-conditioning system is imported American brand-name
CARRIER centrifugal refrigeration units, run by the fan coil
units, fresh air units. Ultra quiet fan coil can effectively
reduce source of noise in the room. The system can supply enough
fresh air, which has exceeded the national standard. In order
to create a more comfortable environment inside the building,
now, we are upgrading the air-conditioning system based on the
international standard step by step. |

Elevators: 18 imported
Swiss SCHINDLER vertical elevators set speed at 2.5 m/s, maximum
load at 1600 kg adopted the patent pre-distribution intelligent
system, which reduces the passenger's waiting time to 20 seconds.
Another 4 escalators is designed to meet the customer's business
need. |

Power System: The plaza
adopts independent 10KV two-way power supply and an imported
brand-name diesel emergency generator with power capacities
of 1,200KW. |

Lighting System: The
design for illumination is finished under referring to the international
standard and has exceeded the national standard. The emergency
lightings are installed at the urgent fire extinguish passage,
parking area underground and the office area. |

External Wall: The stainless
steel bar point supported hollow glass curtain walls and automatic
curtains fit into the concept of environmental protection, energy-saving
and intelligent office. |

Communication System:
The plaza is quipped with some node computers connected to some
of the major telecommunication and internet companies, point-to-point
Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections, 100M Wide Area Network
(WAN) ports and a Wireless Distribution System (WDS). There
are two communication nodes per 8-10 square meters in the office
area. 3000 program-controlled switches and 2000 lines Direct
Outward Dialing (DOD) telephones are installed. |

Television System: Japan Yuri-3, Asiasat 3S, PAS-8, PAS-2 CATV
receiving system ensures you get the latest information of Europe,
Asia and Pan-Pacific region in time. |
